We want you to be completely happy with your Temperance & Penn gear. If something’s not right, we’ll work to make it right.


Returns & Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process.

1-Year Warranty

All Temperance & Penn products come with a 1-year limited warranty. If your product breaks due to a material or manufacturing defect—not user error—we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you. Just send us a note with a photo and order number, and we’ll take it from there.
