Temperance & Penn is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by use while driving, including items that fall off or shift during transit.

Likewise, our magnetic bike products are not intended to serve as a bike stand while a person is on the bike. Using them in this way may result in injury or product damage, and Temperance & Penn disclaims any liability resulting from such use.
